Hokkapow terms and conditions

It is the customers responsibility to obtain appropriate travel insurance. Skiing and snowboarding can be dangerous. Hokkapow tours accepts no responsibility for injuries sustained whilst on tour.

It is the customers responsibility to obtain flights, appropriate visas/travel documentation, etc. In the event a customer is refused entry to the destination country Hokkapow tours accepts no responsibility for losses incurred.

It is the customers responsibility to fit in with the tour group and its representatives. Hokkapow tours reserves the right to refuse continuation of a customers tour if verbal, physical and or other abusive behaviour is displayed while on tour. No refunds will be offered.

A deposit of ¥20,000 will need to be paid before receiving a booking confirmation. Full payment is required no later than the 10th November. If making a booking request after the 10th November full payment will be required prior to receiving your booking confirmation.

Natural disasters, worldwide pandemics, international travel restrictions etc may impact bookings going ahead. In the event circumstances beyond the control of Hokkapow tours prevent a booking from going ahead Hokkapow tours reserves the right to make changes to itineraries or cancel a booking if an alternative agreement cannot be met. If cancellation is necessary a full refund will be issued.

Hokkapow tours holds no responsibility for incidental expenses including flights, visas, transfers etc.

Cancellations

If you cancel your booking within 7 days of your tour commencing you will loose 100% of your tour price.

If you cancel your booking between 8 and 44 days before your tour commences you will loose 50% of your total tour price.

If you cancel your booking 45 days or more (after deposit has been paid) before the start of your tour you will loose your deposit.

Hokkapow tours reserves the right to make changes to tour itineraries. Weather, road conditions and resort conditions will dictate how each tour proceeds. All efforts will be made by Hokkapow staff to make every tour as exciting and action packed as is possible!
